Capon Valley Bank appointed Carl Corbin II to its board, The Northern Virginia Daily reported.
Corbin is co-owner of Miller Machine & Tool Co. Inc., according to the report.
The Wardensville, W.Va.-based bank is a unit of Highlands Bankshares Inc.
