21Lady Co. Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2014, came to a loss of ¥6.49 per share, compared with a loss of ¥1.02 per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was a loss of ¥29.4 million, compared with a loss of ¥11.9 million in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin declined to negative 4.2% from negative 1.6% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue declined 6.3% on an annual basis to ¥699.0 million from ¥746.0 million, and total operating expenses fell year over year to ¥743.0 million from ¥764.0 million.
Reported net income came to a loss of ¥50.0 million, or a loss of ¥11.04 per share, compared to a loss of ¥22.0 million, or a loss of ¥1.89 per share, in the year-earlier period.
As of Feb. 13, US$1 was equivalent to ¥118.68.
