said it isoffering class VI notes for a nominal value of up to 300 million Argentinepesos, expandable up to 600 million pesos.
Theplacement is under the bank's global notes issuance program worth 2 billion Argentinepesos or its equivalent in other currencies, the bank said in a Sept. 30 filingto Argentine national securities commission CNV.
The noteswill be offered at a variable rate and with a maturity of 24 months. Theissuance and settlement date is set for Oct. 12.
As of Sept. 30, US$1 was equivalent to 15.25Argentine pesos.
