Panama's Capital Bank to place up to $5M in bonds at 3.25%

Panama's Capital Bank Inc. on Dec. 28 will place up to $5 million in six-months bonds at an interest rate of 3.25%.

The securities, which will be issued Dec. 30, are part of the bank's 2015 negotiable bonds program for up to $50 million, according to a Dec. 20 prospectus.
