Schlumberger CFO resigns

Schlumberger Ltd. CFO and Executive Vice President Simon Ayat will resign, effective Jan. 22, 2020.

Ayat will remain as senior strategic adviser to the CEO for two years, according to a Dec. 10 news release.

Stephane Biguet will replace Ayat as CFO and executive vice president. Biguet was most recently the company's vice president for finance.
