CDIB Capital Group sells Taiwan bourse stake

Taiwan-based CDIB Capital Group sold a stake in Taiwan Stock Exchange Corp. worth NT$958.3 million to Jih Sun Securities Co. Ltd.

CDIB Capital sold 12,755,276 common shares at NT$75.13 apiece on Dec. 20, according to a same-day filing.

The anticipated profit is about NT$92.0 million.

CDIB Capital is a unit of China Development Financial Holding Corp., while Jih Sun Securities is a unit of Jih Sun Financial Holding Co. Ltd.

As of Dec. 20, US$1 was equivalent to NT$30.80.
