Fitch Ratings affirmed the long-term ratings assigned to Ontario-based Golden Credit Card Trust's enhancement and asset-backed notes.

The ratings outlook remains stable.

The ratings affirmation was driven by the company's ability to maintain stable charge-offs, a stable monthly payment rate and adequate credit enhancement, among other things, Fitch said.
