Tower Arch Capital agrees to sell Softvision to Cognizant Technology Solutions

Tower Arch Capital LP, a lower middle-market investment firm, entered into an agreement to sell Softvision LLC to Cognizant Technology Solutions for an undisclosed sum.

Softvision provides end-to-end digital products and solutions to retailers.

Tower Arch, headquartered in Salt Lake City, invests in family and entrepreneur-owned companies with revenues between $20 million and $150 million.

The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.

BofA Merrill Lynch and Kirkland & Ellis LLP provided advice to Tower Arch Capital.
