DomaCom raises A$500,000 from selling convertible security

Australia-based DomaCom Ltd. said June 5 that it has raised A$500,000 from selling a convertible security to the Australian Special Opportunity Fund LP to fund its expansion.

DomaCom, an online platform that allows investors to buy a fraction of an investment property, will use the funds to develop its platform and to meet working capital requirement.

The deal will allow Lind Partners LLC, which manages the Australian Special Opportunity Fund, to convert the convertible security into 1.85 million ordinary shares in DomaCom.
