NFP acquires Ontario-based Elective Benefit Services

NFP Corp. acquired Waterloo, Ontario-based Elective Benefit Services Inc.

The transaction closed June 12, 2019. The acquired entity offers group benefits and retirement planning services.

As part of the deal, Elective Benefit President Harold McAdam joined NFP in Canada as director.
