London-based AFL Insurance Brokers Ltd. disclosed that it acquired a controlling stake in London-based Concordia Employment Services Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.

Pursuant to the transaction, Concordia founder and director Philippe Gouraud will remain on the board as a nonexecutive director. Nim Kumar will continue handling Concordia's client management responsibilities.

Concordia is a specialist employer protection managing general agency.
