The Ohio Public Employees Retirement System allocated $2.60 billion to potential real estate investments in 2018, IPE Real Assets reported, citing a board meeting document.
The pension fund set aside $2.00 billion for separate accounts, which will be shared among 13 investment managers, including UBS, Vanbarton, FCA, Washington Capital Management, Heitman, Lowe Enterprises and Rockbridge Hospitality, the report noted, with the remainder going towards closed-ended funds.
