Nishi-Nippon City Bank, Bank of Yokohama to cooperate in overseas business

Nishi-NipponCity Bank Ltd. and Concordia Financial Group Ltd.'s will cooperatein overseas business.

The two banks said Sept. 28 that they signed a preliminaryagreement of cooperation. Under the terms of the agreement, the banks can useeach other's foreign branches to extend services to their customers.

Nishi-Nippon City has offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Seouland Singapore, while Bank of Yokohama has operations in Shanghai, Hong Kong,Bangkok, London and New York.
