Report: Columbia Property Trust finalizing deal to buy DC building from PGIM

Columbia Property Trust Inc. is close to sealing a deal to acquire the building at 1800 M St. NW in Washington, D.C., for as much as $465 million, Bisnow reported, citing Real Estate Alert.

The property is being marketed for sale by HFF on behalf of Prudential Financial Inc. affiliate PGIM Inc.

The building is 95% occupied, with tenants such as Berkeley Research Group, The Segal Group and the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers.

Neither party commented on the matter, according to the publication.
