Religare Enterprises unit exits from 2 US affiliates

ReligareEnterprises Ltd. unit Religare Global Asset Management Inc. USA hasexited from two affiliates in the U.S.

The U.S.-based asset management unit completed its exit fromNorthgate Capital LLC and Northgate Capital LP, according to a July 23 release.

Religare Enterprises had agreed to ownership of Northgate Capital inApril to The Capital Partnership. The Indian firm had sold a number ofbusinesses in recent months. Its unit RGAM Investment Advisers Pvt. Ltd. hadexited from ReligarePortfolio Managers and Advisors Pvt. Ltd. in July while Religare Enterpriseshad sold its entirestake in Religare Health Trust Trustee Manager Pte. Ltd. in early2016.
