Hysan to list US$1.5B medium-term note program in Hong Kong

Hysan (MTN) Ltd. has applied to list a US$1.50 billion medium-term note program on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

Hysan Development Co. Ltd. unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees the program. Listing of the program is expected to become effective on or about Oct. 16, and the notes will be issued to professional investors through the 12 months from Oct. 13.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley are arrangers and dealers of the program. ANZ, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, MUFG, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd. and UBS are also dealers.
