IHS Markit chief accounting officer to step down

IHS Markit Ltd. Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer Heather Matzke-Hamlin will step down, effective Feb. 15.

Matzke-Hamlin will serve as an adviser to the company's CFO.

Michael Easton will replace Matzke-Hamlin, effective the same day. Previously, Easton was senior vice president of financial planning and analysis.
