Amazon Prime members get Twitch access

Amazon.comInc.'s video game platform Twitch is now available to Prime members.

Called Twitch Prime, the new offering will allow users to accessfree games on a monthly basis, discounts on new-release box games, ad-freeviewing experience, exclusive emotes and chat badge, and one free channelsubscription every 30 days, according to a Sept. 30 official blog post.

Twitch Prime is available to Prime members in the U.S., theU.K., Canada, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

Amazon completed the acquisition of Twitch Interactive inSeptember 2014.
