Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd.'s common shares have been approved for listing on the NYSE American, and are expected to begin trading when the market opens Jan. 8 under the ticker symbol MTA.

The company said Jan. 3 that its common shares will continue trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the same ticker symbol.

Concurrent with trading on the NYSE American, the company intends to drop the quotation of its shares on the OTCQB.

Metalla is recommending its shareholders on the OTCQB to monitor their institution or brokerage account to ensure their holdings are correctly reflected in respect of the listing on the NYSE American.
