Johannesburg-listed Arrowhead Properties Ltd. named Vicki Turner as its new company secretary, replacing CIS Company Secretaries Pty. Ltd., effective immediately.

Turner, who has experience in the corporate legal sphere, was previously working at Java Capital before joining the real estate investment trust five years ago, according to a release.
