Handsome Corp. said its normalized net income for the third quarter came to 348.76 South Korean won per share, a gain of 15.9% from 300.92 won per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 7.66 billion won, an increase of 15.8% from 6.61 billion won in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin fell to 6.2% from 6.6% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue grew 24.4% year over year to 124.23 billion won from 99.87 billion won, and total operating expenses climbed 21.7% year over year to 112.19 billion won from 92.17 billion won.

Reported net income increased 15.0% on an annual basis to 9.32 billion won, or 424.00 won per share, from 8.10 billion won, or 368.53 won per share.

As of Nov. 16, US$1 was equivalent to 1,172.80 South Korean won.
