Jerry Petro replaced Robert Schafstall as chairman of Franklin, Ind.-based Third Century Bancorp and unit Mutual Savings Bank, the (Franklin) Daily Journal reported.

Schafstall will remain as a director of the company and the bank.

Petro, a retired entrepreneur, became a director of Third Century Bancorp in 2004 and Mutual Savings Bank in 1997.
