Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust issues notes

Citibank NA's Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust has issued two tranches of notes.

The $750 million of class 2017-A1 Citiseries notes was priced to float at 25 basis points above one-month LIBOR and the $1.75 billion of class 2017-A2 Citiseries notes was priced at a fixed annual rate of 1.74%.

The interest on the class 2017-A1 notes will be paid on the 17th of each month beginning March 17. The expected principal payment date is Jan. 17, 2019, and the legal maturity date is Jan. 19, 2021.

Interest on the class 2017-A2 notes will be paid each Jan. 17 and July 17, beginning July 17. The expected principal payment date is Jan. 17, 2019, and the legal maturity date is Jan. 19, 2021.
