Bruker Corp. completed its acquisition of all shares of Austria-based optical measurement company Alicona Imaging GmbH.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Billerica, Mass.-based Bruker previously said the deal strengthens the company's product portfolio in optical metrology — or technologies that involve measuring materials using light.

Bruker manufactures and distributes scientific instruments and analytical and diagnostic solutions.
