Investors Title increases stake in 1st Investors Title Agency

Investors TitleCo. has increased its stake in 1st Investors Title Agency LLCand now owns 65% of the company.

Investors Title acquired an additional 20% ownershipinterest in 1st Investors on Aug. 1, for a purchase price of $72,600. Prior tothe acquisition, the company had a 45% stake in 1st Investors,according to a Form 10-Q filed Nov. 9.

Michigan-based 1st Investors is an insurance agencyspecializing in examination, closing and issuance of commercial and residentialtitle insurance.
