Alterra PowerCorp. has agreed to acquire an 80% interest in a 20-MW contractedsolar portfolio from Inovateus Solar LLC.

The projects include a 7-MW DC facility in Indiana expected onlineby the end of the year and a 13-MW DC project in Michigan expected to bedeveloped in 2017.

Alterra Power is developing both facilities in collaborationwith Inovateus Solar, according to a July 20 news release.
