Hansard Global Plc's insurance subsidiary, Hansard International Ltd., entered into a strategic alliance with United Arab Emirates-based Union Insurance Co. PSC.

Union Insurance Co. appointed Hansard International as reinsurer and administrator of its new savings and investment proposition "Infinity."

The proposition will be launched in February, Hansard Global said, noting that the alliance is part of its strategic objective to attain additional licensed access to key target markets.
