David Tahan will step down as the chairman and nonexecutive director of London-listed AFI Development PLC, a role he took Sept. 1.

The real estate development company named Elias Ebrahimpour as Tahan's successor. The changes will take effect Jan. 1, 2019.

Ebrahimpour serves as an economist and adviser on corporate finance and private markets to Deloitte LLP in London.
