Volkswagen Leasing issues €2.5B of bonds

Germany-based Volkswagen Leasing GmbH issued three series of bonds worth €2.5 billion, Cbonds reported.

The first tranche, amounting to €1 billion, will mature Feb. 16, 2021, and carries a 0.25% coupon, with an initial yield of 0.363%.

The second tranche, worth €750 million, is due Feb. 16, 2023, and carries a 1% coupon.

The third tranche, also worth €750 million, will mature Aug. 15, 2025, and carries a 1.625% coupon.

BBVA, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole CIB and HSBC acted as bookrunners on the transactions.
