Four Corners Property Trust finalized its acquisition of 46 Chili's restaurants in a $149.8 million sale-leaseback deal with certain units of Brinker International Inc.
The purchase price was based on initial annual cash rent of about $9.5 million.
The net-lease restaurant real estate investment trust said it may buy up to two additional properties in the near term, which would bring the transaction size to 48 properties for $155.7 million, based on approximately $9.9 million of initial annual cash rent.
