Capitala Finance Corp. will redeem all of its $113.4 million aggregate principal amount of 7.125% notes due 2021 on June 25.
The notes will be redeemed at 100% of their principal amount, plus the accrued and unpaid interest from June 16 through, but excluding, the redemption date.
