Archer receives permits for Eyre Peninsula graphite tenements

Archer Exploration Ltd. said Dec. 8 that the South Australian government granted mining lease ML 6470 for the proposed Campoona Shaft graphite mine and miscellaneous purpose licenses MPL 150 and MPL 151 for the Sugarloaf graphite processing facility and the Pindari borefield, respectively.

The granted permits cover more than 68 hectares and form part of the Eyre Peninsula graphite project in South Australia.

Executive Chairman Greg English said in a statement, "Given rising geopolitical risks in Tanzania and other regions that produce graphite, we expect that our potential customers will value the supply security that Archer can offer."
