ArcPacific increasing stake in Lucky Mike copper project to 44%

ArcPacific Resources Corp. said Feb. 21 that it is increasing its interest in the Lucky Mike copper project in British Columbia to 44%, with the acquisition of Nexgeo Inc.'s 13% interest in the project for 774,583 shares.

In 2017, the company and Korea Resources Corp. agreed to release Nexgeo from the 2014 joint exploration agreement over the early stage property.

The deal remains subject to regulatory approval.
