Element Financial Corp. has added Jeff Holtshopple, Larry Galasso and Don Bailey to its fleet management truck and equipment team.

Holtshopple joined as regional vice president of west truck sales, based in California. Holtshopple's former roles include serving at Capital One Equipment Finance and Citizens Business Bank.

Galasso is now regional vice president of northeast truck sales, based out of New Hampshire. Galasso's previous positions include working for Ryder System and Lily Transportation.

Bailey was named residual value manager. He most recently worked for Penske.

In addition, Element Financial promoted several team members in the truck and equipment team.

Naeem Morris, based in Chicago, is now regional vice president of midwest truck sales. Steve Byrd, based in Colorado, assumed the role of manager of truck services. Paola Bennett, based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., was appointed manager of business development. Brad Hewitt, based in Minneapolis, took on the role of vice president of national accounts.
