The board of China Huarong Asset Management Co. Ltd. appointed Li Xin as president and an executive director.

The company also elected Wang Cong, a nonexecutive director, as acting chairman until a permanent one is appointed, according to a May 11 release.

Wang Zhanfeng was also named an executive director on the board.

The changes are subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
