Johns Creek, Ga.-based KeyWorth Bank on April 1 merged into Tupelo, Miss.-based , a unit ofRenasant Corp.
Renasant noted in a news release that the adds four banking locations, twoloan production offices and a future banking location to be opened during thesecond quarter, all in the Greater Atlanta metro area. The combined company nowhas approximately $8.3 billion in total assets with 178 banking, mortgage,wealth management, investment and insurance offices throughout Mississippi,Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
The full conversion and integration of KeyWorth Bank intoRenasant is expected to be finished in mid-June. The conversion of items suchas deposit accounts and banking systems is expected to take place on theweekend of June 11, according to information posted on Renasant Bank's website.The process will be complete in time for business June 13.
KeyWorth Bank had approximately $407.8 million in assets,$252.1 million in loans and $355.1 million in deposits as of Dec. 31, 2015.
