KCG Holdings board member to resign

KCG Holdings Inc.said that Stephen Schuler on March 28 notified the company of his decision to resignas a member of the board.

According to a Form 8-K filed April 1, the resignation will beeffective upon the election of directors at the company's 2016 annual meeting ofstockholders, which will be held May 11. Schuler's decision to resign did not involveany disagreement with the company, its management or the board.
