EBOS Group Ltd. will buy the remaining shares of the Australian pharmacy chain Terry White Group Ltd. in a cash deal for about A$50 million.
The acquisition, which is expected to be completed in December, will add to EPS in 2019, EBOS said.
In 2016, EBOS merged its pharmacy unit with the Terry White Group and acquired slightly more than 50% of Terry White in exchange.
Following the deal announced Oct. 19, Terry White Group will become a wholly owned subsidiary of EBOS.
EBOS operates a wholesale distribution network of healthcare and pharmaceutical products in Australia and New Zealand.
