T-Mobile unit plans $1B debt offering

T-Mobile USInc. unit T-Mobile USA Inc. proposed a $1 billion registered publicoffering of senior notes due 2024.

The company said March 29 that it expects to use the netproceeds for the purchase of 700 MHz A-block spectrum and other spectrumpurchases.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Citigroup Global MarketsInc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc. and Goldman Sachs &Co. are the joint book-running managers for the notes offering. Credit SuisseSecurities (USA) LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and RBC Capital Markets LLCare the co-managers for the notes offering.
