Sanai Health Industry Group Co. Ltd. appointed Victor Chan to the board, with effect from Oct. 5.

Chan has more than 26 years of experience practicing law. Chan was also appointed independent director of Teamway International Group Holdings Ltd and Elegance Optical International Holdings Ltd. in September.

Hong Kong-based Sanai Health manufactures, markets and sells pharmaceutical products in China.
