KKR & Co., units close internal reorganization

KKR & Co. Inc. and its units closed an internal reorganization Jan. 1, following the company's conversion to a Delaware corporation from a Delaware limited partnership in July 2018.

KKR Management Holdings LP and KKR International Holdings LP, which were intermediate holding companies for KKR's business, were merged with the other intermediate holding company, KKR Fund Holdings LP, which changed its name to KKR Group Partnership LP and is now the sole intermediate holding company for the business.

KKR also bought KKR Capstone Americas LLC and its affiliates, among other changes.
