TeraGo Inc. teamed up with PHAZR Inc. to conduct a 5G fixed wireless trial in the Greater Toronto area.

The trial will utilize TeraGo's licensed spectrum in the 24 GHz frequency band and fixed wireless 5G millimeter wave equipment from PHAZR, according to an Oct. 11 news release.

TeraGo operates a national fixed wireless network with thousands of access points across Canada.

PHAZR is a U.S.-based virtualized radio access network provider.
