Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. is set to expand its footprint in the property at 330 Madison Ave. in New York City to about 165,000 square feet, the New York Post reported.

The global real estate and investment management services firm will now occupy the entire fifth and most of the sixth floor of the property, in addition to the space it already had on the second floor, as well as the entire third and fourth floors, according to the report.
