Cyprium Mining interim CFO resigns after 10 months in role

Ronald Keenan resigned from his position as director and CFO of Cyprium Mining Corp., the company said Dec. 16.

He will be replaced by Adrian Morger as director and interim CFO. Keenan became interim CFO in February.

Morger has founded and started wealth management firms like Everest Wealth Management AG and Falknis Wealth Management AG.

Additionally, Robert Boisjoli, Jonathan George and Carlos Arzola also resigned from their positions on the board of directors.
