Innophos shareholders OK One Rock Capital Partners buyout

Innophos Holdings Inc. shareholders approved the proposal from an affiliate of middle-market investor One Rock Capital Partners LLC to take over the company.

More than 99% of the votes cast at Innophos' Jan. 15 special meeting were in favor of the transaction, representing roughly 83% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Cranbury, N.J.-based ingredients producer as of Nov. 25, 2019.

Innophos' common shares will cease trading on any public market upon deal closing, expected in February.
