Bristol County Savings Bank chairman retires

Dennis Cody, chairman of Taunton, Mass.-based , hasretired, The (North Attleboro, Mass.)Sun Chronicle reported May 1.

Cody has been with the Beacon Bancorp subsidiary for 40 years, serving as itschairman for the last nine years. He is succeeded by Dennis Kelly Jr.,according to the report.

Kelly has been with the bank for 35 years, serving as vicechairman for the past three years and as president and CEO for 18 years untilhis retirement in 2012. Frank Teixeira, a corporator and a director of the banksince 1980, has been elected vice chairman, the publication reported.

Ronald O'Reilly, who joined the bank in 2003 as corporatorand began serving as a director of the bank in 2006, has also retired, thereport added.
