Narendra Investments (Delhi) Ltd. plans to increase its authorized capital to 110 million Indian rupees from 30.2 million rupees.
The company also said Oct. 5 that it plans to raise 30 million rupees through the issuance of equity shares. The shares will be issued at a price of 25 rupees each, including a premium of 15 rupees per share, on a preferential basis.
The increase in capital and share issue are subject to shareholders' approval.
As of Oct. 5, US$1 was equivalent to 65.14 Indian rupees.
