Liberty Property sells vacant Scottsdale, Ariz., parcel to Trammell Crow

Liberty Property Trust sold 8.24 acres in Scottsdale, Ariz., to Trammell Crow Co. for $11.5 million, the Phoenix Business Journal reported.

The acreage at Raintree Drive and 87th Street is among the last remaining vacant parcels in the Scottsdale Airpark submarket and could potentially be developed into office space, according to the May 20 report.
