Peter Iacono is stepping down as Lions Gate Entertainment Corp.'s president of international TV and digital distribution to become CEO of TravelCadabra, an internet travel, entertainment and e-commerce platform launching in early 2019.

Iacono has been with Lions Gate's worldwide television and distribution group leadership team for almost a decade.

Replacing him is Agapy Kapouranis, who joined the company in 2011 and most recently was executive vice president of worldwide subscription video on demand.
