Target Global is opening an office in Barcelona, TechCrunch reported.
It anticipates doing between one and three deals annually from the office and will seek seed investments, or investments in early and growth-stage startups, the report said.
Investor director Lina Chong will head up the office, which will be based at a coworking space in the city center, having relocated from the fund's Berlin headquarters.
Target Global invests in the software-as-a-service, marketplaces, financial technology, insurance technology and mobility sectors.
